Uploading Pictures to the gallery
I noticed the photo gallery wasn't working if you were a regular registered user so I fixed a few things.
Before you upload a picture you must create an album first!
to do this you will go to the photo gallery Photo Gallery link

Then go to the top right link that says "My Profile"

When you hover your mouse over the link a few more links will show up.

Click the link that says "Create / order my albums

Then go to the link that says "+New album"

Make a new album, when that is done you can start uploading files to the new album you created.

There are 2 ways to upload, by default the uploader is on "Multiple files - Flash-driven"  (this way seems a little buggy, it didn't work for me in Firefox)
if that doesn't work for you you can upload single files 1 at a time by changing it to "simple - one file at a time"
You can enter descriptions, key words of your photos.

The photo gallery (which is called "coppermine") has a very good caching system. If for some reason you get "invalid token" going across your screen, just refreshing the page a few times usually fixes that.

Once you created an album you can put it in a category (right now "bone" is the only other category besides "user galleries")

Probably the best way to learn how to use it is just to start playing around with the interface and see what you can do.

Let me know if you find any bugs.
