Yes crying can sometimes work, if accomplished in a decent and friendly way.
Streeters is not a mail order business, only because Streeter is old and its too much like work!  
Its so much easier when customers come looking,  and I can find out what they want and I explain in a nice way expecting, doesn't work without experience. Streeters is a dying breed, because big mail order discounts businesses swallow the little dealers.   Thank you, there are many loyal Streeter customers/friends  who help!!! 80% of our business is  by way of  referrals.
When business is very slow, I sometime cry or beg  for some sales............. and for reasons unknown, help arrives. I apologize for the way it works and  happy I have so many friends.
