I've been detecting about 17 years
Started with a Minelab Sovereign as a Father's Day gift from my wife.
I Have owned all the Explorer models SE Pro,Etrac,CTX and XP Deus.
I would say my success has come from learning my units inside and out and constantly searching for quality locations that hold what I really want which is coins and relics from the original colonists.

I have a personal website www.cttodd.com

Man I would love to dig a colonial site, my oldest coin came recently, an 1856 silver three cent. I can't wait to see your finds, I will be jealous, lol.

I liked your website and it was a pleasure to meet you this past BONES. I'm sorry I'll miss your class down in CT. But I'm awaiting the new CTX 3030 book by Andy S. to be published later in June. I love your posts and enthusiasm for the hobby. Hopefully we'll meet again.

Both of them

I'm glad you enjoyed the website. The CTX class has been cancelled there were only 4 signed up. The XP Deus class is almost full at 25. I'm sure we will meet again. HH
