I'm very impressed with the CTX considering I had pounded that spot with every machine ive used...from the Fisher F2,to the AT Pro (which is no slouch) and now with my CTX3030...I can't wait for my Andy Sabicsh book to come in..there is a lot of potential with this new machine
It always exciting to learn a new machine. I have had permission to hunt a nearby farm for many years now. I take every new machine I get there and always find something new even though I have pounded the place. Seems like every machine can see things slightly differently and uncover something which was missed before.
I just got a Garrett Infinium from Streeters and want to hit one of the hay fields on that farm even though I most got this machine for salt water beach hunting.
You will get better and better with that 3030 the more time and study you get in on it. Good Luck (not that it seems like you need any extra luck the way the finds have been coming in for you lately !)
